Shipping carrier defaults are FedEx FREIGHT or GROUND
Items generally ship within 1 to 2 weeks (unless indicated otherwise) following payment unless extenuating circumstances such as weather or other unforeseen circumstances do not permit shipping.
Custom orders can take longer though. Please read item desciption carefully.
Regarding residential freight delivery, if lift gate should be required, additional delivery fee may apply.
Shipping costs are per item and include insurance. We will provide you with a tracking number for your purchase. Should you order multiple items, it might be possible to adjust the shipping rate.
If you have selected "NM SHOWROOM PICKUP" in your purchase, please give us a call to make arrangements for your pickup time and date.
Furniture can only be picked up at our Store location: WOODSWAN, 27489 US HIGHWAY 70, GLENCOE, NEW-MEXICO 88324
If items have not been picked up in a timely manner, storage rates may apply.
Please keep in mind that custom orders can take up to 3 weeks or even longer to complete. You can find the expected production time frame in the product description.
We do not issue refunds on custom orders once production has started. No order can be placed without your consent concerning our policy and by agreeing "I understand this order is non-refundable" and we expect our customers to respect this agreement. Please contact us immediately, should you have any questions or concerns.
Under the conditions listed below, we will accept returns (within 10 days of receipt) if you are unhappy with your purchase, and will refund your original purchase price, less 10% re-stocking fee, upon our receipt of the item(s) in their original condition.
Any return shipping fees, including insurance, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS OVER $2,000.00 OR CUSTOM ORDERS.
Please notify us of your intent to return an item, and your reason for doing so in advance of shipping.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN: 1. Item must be in the same condition as when shipped.
2. Item must be returned via FedEx or UPS.
3. Item must be insured for the full value.
4. Item must be securely packaged for shipping.
5. Please enclose your reason for the return.
